Our founder is an experienced entrepreneur with a PRINCE 2 in Project Management and a degree in Business Administration. This extends to various administrative, operational, project and team management roles working with businesses of all sizes across a variety of different sectors.
Carol-Ann, better known as Caz, gets her thrills from creating order and streamlining processes to eliminate areas of waste within processes to save you time and optimise quality.
All About Caz
Stepping outside of her comfort zone, trying new things and challenging herself to be the best version of herself is a massive part of both her professional and personal life. Her real passion is connecting with clients and helping them achieve their business goals.
She is an ENFP personality type, empathetic, trustworthy, and compassionate. Her greatest strength is diplomacy and comes from being the ‘big sister’ and mediator in a family of five siblings (Auntie to six nephews) where clarifying, solving challenges and negotiating were essential to maintain equilibrium.
The exposure to different cultures and languages she has gained from international work and travel having visited 35 countries over five continents has certainly enhanced her skill set over the years.
This has added great value to her decision-making, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Travelling has also infused a common bond with a wider selection of people which has enabled her to build strong virtual relationships within the top global teams we’ve supported.

Never too old to learn new things
Four years ago, Caz volunteered at a surf and scout school where she advanced to qualify as a youth worker in the third sector. She gained various qualifications (Counselling, Archery, Skateboard instructing) and practised mindfulness and yoga with neurodiverse individuals for a BBC Children in Need project. She has an innate desire to help people, and this is what inspired her to start her own business.
